About Mr. Woody’s Mushrooms.
The humble beginnings of Mr. Woody’s Mushrooms started roughly 4 years ago in Delphi, Indiana. Belinda and I were just a simple ma & pa team, learning to grow mushrooms. It became more business like back in April of 2022 when we became an LLC. Our locally grown oyster mushrooms are very fresh tasting, and have a hearty texture. We also take pride in growing the Lion’s Mane, which is a very vibrant white, meaty mushroom. On occasions, we will also grow Shiitake, Maitake, Chestnut, and Golden Enoki Mushrooms.

As dawn breaks over our farm, we carefully gather each mushroom from our growing beds. The earthy scent drifts as we ready each harvest.
